  • What hours is The Rechabite Hall open?

    The Box Office will open from 6pm - 7:45pm every day (ex Mondays)

  • What types of tickets are sold by The Rechabite?

    GROUND FLOOR GA: All seats are general admission on the ground floor.
    GROUND FLOOR PREMIUM: Premium ticket holders get priority entry to the venue and premium seating close to the action on the ground floor.
    FIRST FLOOR PREMIUM: Premium ticket holders get priority entry to the venue and premium seating on the first balcony level. The balconies are not wheelchair accessible.
    SECOND FLOOR BALCONY STANDING: General admission standing on the second balcony level. The balconies are not wheelchair accessible.

    COMPANION CARD: 
    The Rechabite supports the Companion Card program. Companion Card tickets are available over the phone or in person*

    *Proof of eligibility required and must be presented when collecting pre-purchased ticket or when otherwise requested. 

    All tickets are non-allocated seating. We recommend patrons arrive at least 30min prior to a performance in order to line up for entry to the venue.

  • When will tickets go on sale?

  • Is My E-Ticket Enough to Get Into the Show?

    Yes - you can go straight to the venue with your E-Ticket on your phone or device.

    If you require a printed ticket, you may print your confirmation email at home or visit the venue box office during the season.

    For collections, please arrive no later than 30mins prior to your session start time. You will need valid ID for collection.

  • Where is the box office?

    The Box Office is located at The Rechabite Hall and will open from 6pm - 7:45pm every day (ex Mondays). 

    Tickets can be purchased online via this website. 

  • Are there any age restrictions to performances?

    Boom Boom at the House of Casa BlahBlah is rated M16+
    Audiences under the age of 18 can attend if accompanied by a legal guardian.

  • Am I eligible for concession?

    Concession prices are not available for performances of Boom Boom in the House of Casa BlahBlah.

  • Do tickets include GST?

    Where applicable, GST is included in the ticket price.

  • Can I change my tickets?

    Please check your booking carefully at the time of purchase, as all sales are final and refunds will not be provided unless required by law and in accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

    Consumer and Industry codes are accessible to the general public at www.liveperformance.com.au.

  • Can I choose my seat in advance?

    No. All venues and events are General Admission. 

    We recommend patrons arrive at least 30min prior to a performance in order to line up for entry to the venue.

  • What happens if I am running late for a performance? Will they let me in? Do I get a refund?

    Being late affects performers and the rest of the audience. This is so important that some artists specifically ask that latecomers not be admitted.

    The venue therefore reserves the right to exclude latecomers to certain events or to admit them only during a suitable break in the performance. The Rechabite Hall regrets it is not possible to refund a completed booking. Please respect the Front of House staff's instructions.

    If you find something, please hand it in to any member of staff and we’ll do our best to return the item to its owner.

    The Rechabite is not responsible for any lost or found property and will give any unclaimed items to charity or to the police at the conclusion of the season.
